Register for the AFHTO 2019 Conference before Sep. 4!
Health System Integration Built on the Foundation of Team-Based Primary Health Care

September 19 & 20, 2019 – Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto, Ontario

What to do before Sep. 4 to enhance your conference experience:

  1. Register at the early bird rate to save on registration.  After Sep. 4, rates increase for both members and non-members.
  2. Confirm your spot in your favourite concurrent sessions. Sessions are filling up fast and you don’t want to miss out on the chance to see a particularly relevant presentation.
  3. Book your hotel room by Aug. 23. The group rate deadline has been extended to this Friday, Aug. 23 at 5:00 p.m. This rate is only guaranteed until Aug. 23 and our room block will be released to the public afterwards. September is a busy month for hotels so make sure you’re paying the best rate for the best location.
  4. Book your tickets with Porter Airlines, Air Canada and/or VIA Rail Canada to get the best rates and times for your schedule.

Tiebreaker needed for referral program!

2 choice signs

We have received entries for our referral program but so far it’s a tie! So we’re extending the deadline until Sep. 12.

All non-members have to do is say who recommended them during registration and the organization with the most referrals wins a complimentary registration! Non-members and members alike can win. Any existing registration for the winning team as of Sep. 12 can be refunded as well.

We also have volunteer opportunities onsite for deeply discounted registration, such as registration desk, attendee assistance at breakfast and lunch and wayfinding. Email us for more information.

And don’t forget, members get 50% off registration. Email us if you haven’t gotten your access code.
