Leeds & Grenville Community Family Health Team
1.0 FTE – PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
TEMPORARY FULL-TIME (12-18 months, possibility of extension)
The Leeds & Grenville Community Family Health Team is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant (PA)
to deliver comprehensive medical services under physician supervision. The PA will work
collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality medical
care, support patient management, and contribute to a positive patient experience. This is an
excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient interviews and perform physical assessments
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA) in Ontario
- Current registration with the appropriate regulatory body
- 2–3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

The candidate will work 37.5 hours weekly. The position requires that the successful applicant work
at the Brockville and Gananoque sites as required. Competitive salary commensurate with experience
and qualifications. Percentage in lieu of benefits provided. Opportunity to participate in the
