East Wellington Family Health Team (FHT) offers an interdisciplinary team-based care environment.
Our clinical team consists of nurses, dietitians, and mental health therapists. We have integrated
services with an occupational therapist, addictions counsellor and home care resources. All of our
services are provided by dedicated admin and billing staff. East Wellington FHT offers a full range
of family practice services to our 13,000 patients, at all stages along the life continuum.

Join our collaborative primary care team as a locum physician and enjoy the stability and
flexibility of a blended salary model family health team. This model allows physicians to focus on
delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

We are looking for a locum physician who would like to cover a maternity leave. Vacancies available
– 2:

• 1 position at Rockwood location. Start in September 2026 x 1 year
• 1 position at Erin location. Start in October 2026 x 6 months
