Marsha is an experienced senior health care executive with over 30 years of experience in the Ontario Public Service. She held several leadership positions at the Ministry of Health leading complex transformative projects in primary health care and physician compensation as well as an ADM at Cabinet Office responsible for health, education and social services portfolios.

Marsha is currently the Strategic Advisor for the Muskoka Almaguin OHT where she leads the governance, strategy and primary care attachment work.

Marsha is an active volunteer and currently serves on both the Cottage Country Family Health Team and Rotary Club of Gravenhurst Boards.
