Raymond Kao is a Physiotherapist by background and has over 19 years of experience in healthcare. He started his career as a Physiotherapist at an acute care hospital in Toronto and went on to hold progressive leadership roles in both the acute care and home and community care sectors, including positions in case management, program management and operations management.  

Raymond holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, a Master of Health Management from McMaster University, and a Certified Health Executive certification from the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
