Hosted by Ontario Drug Policy Research Network (ODPRN)
The Ontario Drug Policy Research Network (ODPRN) invites you to join its Virtual Town Hall on
Pharmacist Prescribing for Minor Ailments in Ontario
Tuesday June 17, 2025
12:00 – 1:30pm EDT
The objective of this Town Hall is to provide a platform for people to share their experiences, express their opinions, and raise questions about Pharmacist Prescribing for Minor Ailments. Participants can discuss what improvements can be made to ensure the practice is accessible and meets the needs of the community. This includes identifying barriers, public concerns/questions, and exploring opportunities for better integration within the healthcare system. Mina Tadrous (pharmacist) will be available to answer questions and offer insight.
Our hope is that the perspectives shared throughout this Town Hall and the accompanying summary report can be used by researchers to identify patient-oriented research needs and by policymakers to consider gaps and/or opportunities for improvement in pharmacist prescribing practices.
Register here to learn more and/or express your interest in participating (live, pre-recorded and written options available). This event is also open to anyone interested in listening and learning from those with lived experience. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
