The Fort Frances Family Health Team is looking for a full-time permanent Nurse Practitioner RN (EC). This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive assessment and treatment planning for community patients in a team-based setting. 

Skills and Qualifications:

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for their Full Scope of Practice as a primary healthcare provider for patients across the lifespan; including health assessments, immunizations, diagnosis, acute and chronic care management, programming support, and other associated duties and functions.

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse Extended Class (EC)
• Current RNAO membership; evidence of liability insurance as per college standards.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records system an asset.
• A vulnerable sector check is required.
