We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization through ongoing growth, system transformation, and evolving community needs.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director provides strategic and operational leadership across the organization. The successful candidate will guide clinical and administrative teams, manage financial and human resources, build strong community partnerships, and ensure programs align with Ontario Health requirements and local health priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning, implementation, and reporting to the Board of Directors.
Oversee daily operations, program delivery, and continuous quality improvement.
Provide effective leadership and human resource management for clinical and administrative staff; champion a collaborative, supportive workplace culture.
Develop and manage contracts, budgets, financial reporting, and funding submissions.
Maintain strong community, health system, and Ontario Health partnerships.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and privacy requirements.
Support and promote innovative models of team-based primary care.
Qualifications
Degree in Health Services Administration, Health or Social Sciences (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, ideally in primary care, community health, or rural health settings.
Experience working with a Board of Directors and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills.
Knowledge of Ontario’s primary care system, funding models, and policy landscape.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
