Position Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our interdisciplinary team by fostering a positive workplace culture and enabling high-quality, patient-centered care. This role delivers a broad range of HR functions, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, policy development, organizational compliance, and HR operations. The HR Coordinator will contribute both strategically and operationally to maintain an engaged and productive workforce.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in healthcare
• Education or experience in employment law, labour relations, or regulatory compliance (asset)
• Proven ability to provide effective HR guidance and recommendations
• Knowledge of change management principles
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement HR initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced interdisciplinary team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Strong ability to interpret and apply organizational policies and procedures
• Valid Ontario’s driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
