Discounts
AFHTO Member Discount
- AFHTO Members are eligible for the AFHTO membership rate. Instructions to receive this rate will be provided when registration opens in July.
Discount for Contributors to the Conference
- $65 discount provided to concurrent session presenters, all working group members, volunteers and awards review committee members. The discount can be combined for those who contribute in more than one capacity (e.g. a presenter who also serves on the awards review committee would receive a $130 discount).
Student and Patient Registration
**A limited number of student registrations will be accepted. Student ID will be required.
Patient registrations are available at a subsidized rate. For information please contact conference@afhto.ca.
Education Accreditation
Accreditation will be sought for this program. Further details will be announced closer to the conference.
