Wounds Canada: Symposium Series: New Perspectives in Diabetic Limb Preservation

Wounds Canada is pleased to announce their new Symposium Series and their first program: New Perspectives in Diabetic Limb Preservation. This event is a joint venture between Wounds Canada and the Canadian Podiatric Medical Association and is supported by the Division of Vascular Surgery at the University of Toronto.
Each symposium session will feature a panel of experts who will discuss important topics in the management of patients with diabetic foot ulcers—covering both national and global trends—with a particular focus on the reduction of amputations.

Infection – Diagnosis and Management

Emerging trends in all topics

The audience will include health-care providers from a number of disciplines with an interest in this topic, including all types of primary care professionals such as surgeons, family and specialist physicians, nurse practitioners and podiatrists.
