Family Health Teams are a key piece of the provincial government's plan to build a healthcare system that promotes good health, reduces wait times and improves access to care. The Humber River Family Health Team brings together physicians and other health care providers to coordinate and deliver the highest level of quality care and services to our patients and their community. The Board Selection Committee is seeking community members to join their current team of Directors to advise, govern, oversee policy and direction and assist with the leadership and general promotion of the Humber River Family Health Team. Currently, they are looking for individuals with experience in law, finance, human resources, public relations and/or communications. Previous Board experience is an asset.
