Twenty percent of Ontarians receive their primary care through one of the 179 Family Health Teams in the province. The London Centre of Hope Family Health Team provides primary care to anyone living in downtown London with a particular focus on those who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or in other ways facing barriers to receiving good care. We believe everyone deserves great health care. Our skilled and compassionate team of physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, social workers and administrative staff work collaboratively to provide a range of programs and services with an emphasis on chronic disease management and health promotion. We are looking for a dynamic, visionary, caring and collaborative executive director to join our team. You are strategic and lead by example. You will make a strong team even stronger to provide care that is focused on the needs of those we serve. You will collaborate closely with funders, community partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure every resource available supports our patients and systemic change occurs so they can thrive. You have experience managing budgets, working with government ministries, and implementing quality improvement plans. Your eye is always on a better future for our patients and community. What drives you is an unrelenting desire to create fast access, integrated and seamless service and healthcare of the highest quality. You will report to a community board of directors who are currently developing a new strategic plan and will lead the organization in its move to a larger space as it responds to increasing demands for our services. We are looking for someone with at least five years of health care or social service leadership experience and a track record of engaging, enhancing and empowering organizations.
