Executive Director - Greenstone FHT (Geraldton)

The Board of Directors of the Greenstone Family Health Team is inviting the submission of applications for the position of Executive Director.  This is a full-time leadership position, requiring excellent interpersonal and team-building skills as well as expertise in financial management, human resources and program planning and development.  The Executive Director will work with Physicians, health care providers, administrative staff and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care in the provision of various primary health care initiatives for the residents of Greenstone.  The position is responsible to the Board of Directors of the Organization. Position Qualifications: Baccalaureate degree in a related business or clinical area with identified Managerial experience preferred.  A graduate degree would be considered an asset.  A relevant combination of education and related experience may be considered.  Bilingualism would be considered an asset.
