PrimaCare Community Family Health Team
Located in the beautiful town of Paris, ON, PrimaCare Community Family Health Team (PCCFHT) has been providing care for patients since November 2006. Family Health Teams are a major component of Ontario’s health care plan that improves access to health care across the province. We use a patient‐centred approach to primary health care that brings together physicians, a team of inter‐disciplinary health care providers and administrators to coordinate the highest possible quality of care for patients. We have a vision of providing unparalleled comprehensive primary health care for the patients within the communities of Ayr, Paris, St. George and the surrounding areas.
Office Administrator ‐ Full Time
As a key member of PCCFHT you work in a positive team‐oriented environment where open dialogue assists in keeping pace with deadlines and demands. This position contributes to the effective and efficient operation of the FHT by providing administrative support to the Executive Director and the Board of Directors. Highly organized, the Office Administrator is a pro‐active individual who is able to manage multiple concurrent priorities and demands while demonstrating excellent attention to details, deadlines and results.
On a day to day basis, you support the following activities:
- Office Administration
- Human Resource
- Procurement
- Finance
- Information Technology
- Facility Management
If you possess the following we’d like to hear from you:
- College Diploma in Office/Business Administration and a minimum 4 years relevant experience supporting a small office – healthcare experience is an asset
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience (reconciling, budget monitoring, payroll, AP/AR)
- Experience in handling confidential and highly sensitive information
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Human Resource background and education is a strong asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced time management and creative problem solving skills
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a behaviour interview, written and computer testing, as well as reference checks.
