Health Quality Ontario (HQO) is pleased to extend this invitation to your organization for a training session on the QIP Navigator, which enhances the QIP development and submission experience.
About the QIP Navigator
The 2014/15 primary care QIPs will be submitted via an online tool called the QIP Navigator. This intuitive tool is designed to closely resemble the QIP Narrative and Template. The Navigator allows primary care organizations to enter and save data as it becomes available throughout the year and acts as a collaborative space that includes online assistance – in the form of guides, videos, tools, and additional resources – to help organizations create and maintain their QIPs. QIP Navigator Training
HQO is offering three QIP Navigator training sessions, both in person and virtually. These training sessions will be archived on the QIP Navigator for reference.
|Who||Individuals that are responsible for or play a key role in the completion and submission of the annual QIP.|
|When||Session 1 – Onsite & Virtual: December 2, 2013 @ 10:30 to 11:30 am
Session 2 – Onsite & Virtual: December 3, 2013 @ 2:30 to 3:30 pm
Session 3 – Onsite & Virtual: December 4, 2013 @ 3:00 to 4:00 pm

For those attending virtually, a GoTo meeting invite will be sent prior to the session.
|Parking fees will be reimbursed with the provision of an original receipt. NB: HQO is unable to reimburse expenses other than parking; participants need to be in GTA or cover their own expenses.|
