Problem Gambling: Early Intervention makes a Difference (online course)

This self-directed online course developed by the Problem Gambling Institute of Ontario at CAMH provides a practical, evidence-based, foundation for addressing problem gambling in a primary care setting.

Course Content:

  • describes the scope of problem gambling in Canada
  • teaches how to screen for problem gambling
  • outlines evidence-based treatment options
  • provides key resources for education and referral


This program has been reviewed by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been approved for 1.5 Mainpro-M1 credits.
