Trillium Primary Health Care Research Day will be held May 31 at the Sheraton Toronto Centre Hotel, Toronto.
This event is an opportunity to share your primary health care relevant research in a welcoming and constructive atmosphere to an audience of PHC researchers, trainees, decision makers, clinicians and patients.
The conference will feature a presentation on “the Aging, Community and Health Research Unit: Key Messages related to Community-based Primary Health Care Interventions”, a panel with policy, research, clinical and patient representation on using EMR data for quality care and research. As well, there will be two skill based workshops:
1) Primary care measures as the sub-region level with facilitation from a research and policy perspective and
2) patient engagement in Patient oriented research
As well, there will be up to 15 posters and 24 oral presentations.
