The Perinatal Mental Health Team at Mount Sinai Hospital will be facilitating a live, interactive webcast about Anxiety Disorders in the Perinatal Period.

We are looking for your clinical cases to work through and present. Please submit your scenario(s) as related to perinatal anxiety disorders by using this template. Note: it is not necessary to fill out all the sections. Please email the template to rodea.casem@sinaihealthsystem.ca by February 2, 2017.
