January 27-28, 2016
Theme: Chronic Respiratory Disease Across the Life Span
The Ontario Lung Association, the Primary Care Asthma Program, the Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario, Health Quality Ontario and the Association of Ontario Health Centres will be hosting our sixth annual free Respiratory Health Forum at the Toronto Eaton Centre Marriott Hotel January 27-28, 2016. This program has been accredited by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for up to 8.25 Mainpro-M1 credits
Registration is now open: http://www.on.lung.ca/rhf-2016
The RHF is being provided through funding from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Asthma Program. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for primary health-care providers to learn and network with other FHTs, CHCs and other multidisciplinary settings (e.g. Primary Care Asthma Program sites) about how to establish a respiratory care program, or enhance the one you already have through innovative initiatives.
The Respiratory Health Forum is prior to the Lung Association’s annual Better Breathing Conference: www.betterbreathing.ca January 28 – 30, 2016.
