This year’s theme is “Mental Health in Primary Care: The Gateway to Healing”. View the agenda and read the session descriptions and the speaker bios we have lined up for the two days. We have many excellent speakers joining us this year!
The Conference will take place at the Carlton Holiday Inn, at 30 Carlton Street (between Yonge and Church St.), in Toronto, Ontario, M5B 2E9. Please note that there are two Holiday Inns in downtown Toronto, so when you are calling to book a room reservation (more details below) or entering the address in your GPS to get to the event, please be sure that you have identified the correct hotel.
Hotel Room Booking
There are pre-booked rooms available at a group discount rate of $129.00 (per person, per night). There are 70 rooms being held for the Wednesday and Thursday nights (35 rooms for each night). These rooms will be held at the discounted rate until Tuesday, April 26, 2016. If you intend on staying at the hotel, please register in time.
